OHNE TITEL - is a theater piece inspired by graphic novels, the baroque theater stage, central perspective and John Keats.
The decor is a cardboard set of 7 screens that are mobile – the whole stage gets animated and literally unfolds in front of the audiences eyes.
At the same time the screens are used as projections surfaces. Oversized 2 m paper characters, like the Nautilus, the Philosopher, a Horse and a Fat Girl, are making their journey through the shifting spaces, exposing back and front of the scenes.
Does magic disappear when you can peep in behind the scenes?
And when there is no point, no story, nothing to tell and nothing to hold on to - what do we see?
