kid's workshop Featherly, Strong and Warm

Using the knowledge acquired from Yoga and release technique in dance, the parents and children will deepen contact with each other through physical games. Some of the games could be useful for the body conditioning of the parents as well!

We will work on releasing extra tension of the body and attempt weight-sharing game, massage and basic contact improvisation.
Toys like water balloons and strings will be used in order to enjoy rhythm, texture and warmth.

The workshop is accompanied by live music by the flutist Urara Ishiko.
