workshop Featherly, Strong and Warm

Content
Using the methods from Yoga and dance release techniques, the parents and children deepened the contact with each other through physical games. Some of the games were useful for the body conditioning of the parents as well!
We worked on releasing extra tension of the body and attempted weight-sharing game, massage and basic contact improvisation.

Toys like water balloons and strings were used in order to enjoy rhythm, texture and warmth.

The workshop was accompanied by live music by the flutist Urara Ishiko.
